The body of the chopper and the inside out leadscrew are also manufactured in treated “aluminum alloy” for food and stainless steel, all the interior parts are easily dismantled allowing easy maintenance.
Upper bowl in stainless steel AISI 304.
Standard delivered with a 6 mm grid.
Grid and blade in stainless steel “auto-sharping”.
Ventilated motor, ideally designed for intensive use.
Wheel drive in oil bath.
Low voltage control 24V.
Delivered with a recovery container for minced meat in stainless steel AISI 304.
Aplliances are in compliance with standards (CE) in force.
