Standard delivered with all stainless steel group.

The outer frame is made of “aluminum alloy”.
The body of the chopper as well as the internal auger are also made of “aluminium alloy” treated for food and stainless steel, all the internal parts are easily dismantled for an easy maintenance.
Upper bowl in stainless steel AISI 304.
Supplied as standard with 6 mm grid.
Self-sharpening stainless steel grid and knife.
Gear drive in oil bath.
Low voltage control 24 V.
Supplied with a stainless steel AISI 304 container to collect the minced meat.
The machine is built in compliance with current CE standards.
