The “stamped” cover of the tank is on hinges with “torsion spring” in stainless steel, allowing a gradual closing and opening, provided with an ergonomic front handle.
Tilting tank made of stainless steel AISI 304 thickness (13 mm) with high thermal conductivity, corners with rounded interior angles for easy and hygienic maintenance.
Electric heating, by armored resistors in stainless steel, positioned under the tank (uniform cooking on the whole surface of the tank). Regulation from 75°C to 300°C, by thermostat, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
Safety device for interruption of operation during the ascent of the series tank. A water tap to fill the tank is attached to the upper top, the opening is done by a valve positioned on the front of the device.
