“Stamped” tank in stainless steel AISI 304, interior corners rounded, provided with a cold zone, drain faucet (bullet) placed in the cupboard. Stainless steel lid. Tray for decantation of the oil, stored in the lower cupboard.
Gas heating, by heat exchangers immersed in the tank, cast iron burners with horizontal flame. Regulation from 90°C to 190°C, by thermostatic valve, pilot lighting and safety system by thermocouple, piezo-electric device, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
