Stamped top (20/10 mm), liquid collecting bowl in stainless steel AISI 304, stamped and waterproof.
Chimney in the back in stainless steel AISI 304.
The enclosure of the oven and double-walled door (stamped) made of stainless steel and equipped with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels, door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Burners in cast iron treated waterproof, brass crown (with very high efficiency). Regulation of burners from 1,5 to 7 kW and from 2 to 11 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and thermocouple safety, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance. Enamelled cast iron grates: 390×380 mm (dishwasher safe).
Electric oven, heating by 6 resistors in stainless steel, 3 placed in the vault and 3 under the bottom. Regulation from 125°C to 300°C, by thermostat, grill with independent regulation equipped with safety thermostat, provided with 1 grid.
