Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable cylinders.
Stamped top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast iron cooking hob (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, fully welded to the top, inclined forward. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
Anti-splash rim on 3 sides (see A7/PS…).
Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Burner flame regulation, by a gas thermostatic valve T° 300°C, ignition by pilot flame and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front access allowing very easy maintenance.
