Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated liquid collection basins.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels.
Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Burner burners in watertight treated cast iron, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner regulation from 1.5 to 7 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm. (Dishwasher safe).
Electric oven GN 2/1, heating by stainless steel resistances, placed in the vault and under the floor of the oven. Oven temperature regulation from 125°C to 300°C by means of a thermostat, grill with independent regulation, equipped with safety thermostat, supplied with 1 grid.
