Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Stamped” bowl in AISI 316 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, thickness 15/10ths, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, provided with an overflow for starches. The water tap valve for filling the tank is placed on the front of the appliance, the discharge valve in the lower cabinet. A drain to the waste water system is to be provided.
Gas heating, by horizontal flame burners placed under the tank. Burner flame regulation, by a gas valve, ignition by pilot light and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front access for easy maintenance.
