Tank “pressed” made of stainless steel AISI 304 (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), equipped with a removable strainer. Water tap for filling the tank.
“Pressed” lid, hinges with “torsion spring” allowing gradual closing and opening.
Indirect heating, double-walled tank, water filling through a tap, a second one serving as an overflow to check the completion of filling. Control of the double-walled pressure by a valve at 0.5 BAR, with a pressure gauge, and a vacuum valve.
Gas heating, with stabilized flame stainless steel burners, regulated by a valve.
Appliances built in compliance with current (CE) regulations.
