Deep-drawn tank in stainless steel AISI 304 with all the internal corners rounded for an easy and hygienic maintenance, provided with a cold zone, the draining tap (with ball) of the tank is placed on the front side of the device. A chrome-plated steel wire flange is placed inside the tank to retain impurities, guaranteeing the quality and also a longer life of the cooking oils. Stainless steel lid.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel armored resistors, immersed in the tank. Rear tilting of the resistance block allowing an easy cleaning of the tank, temperature regulation from 100° to 180°C by thermostat.
