Burner burners in treated cast iron, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner regulation from 1.5 to 7 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm. (Dishwasher safe).
Cast iron hotplate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber. Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool. Regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple.
Gas oven GN 2/1, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Oven temperature regulation from 150°C to 290°C, by means of a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and safety thermocouple, supplied with 1 grid.
