Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable cylinders.
Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) made of stainless steel AISI 304, integrated liquid collection bowls.
Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Burner with hot fires in watertight treated cast iron, brass crown (very high efficiency). Regulation by means of gas valve. Burner regulation from 1,5 to 7 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm. (Dishwasher safe).
Cast iron hotplate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber. Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool. Regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple.
