The oven enclosure and the double-walled door are provided with thermal insulation. Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Burners with “high efficiency” brass crowns, regulation by gas valve. Upper grids in enamelled cast iron.
Electric convection oven (GN), in stainless steel, heated by 3 circular stainless steel heating elements. ON/OFF switch, oven temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat, supplied with 1 grid.
The appliance is built in compliance with all the regulations (CE) in force.
