Plate (thickness 10 mm), in food enamel (NF 12983-1), with high thermal conduction value, perfectly homogeneous cooking without heat loss at the periphery thanks to the “Incoloy” resistances, rapid temperature rise, up to 300°C.
Easy cleaning thanks to removable drip tray, to the mirror smooth plate and to the scraper.
Stainless steel construction and reinforced insulation.
Electrical version: “Incoloy” treated resistance(s), on/off switch(es), thermostat(s) 0-300°C and indicator light(s).
