Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable levellers.
Cast iron cooking hob with high thermal conductivity, equipped with a welded peripheral rim that guarantees a perfect seal. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed underneath the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 120°C to 320°C, by thermostat.
The appliance is built in compliance with all current EC regulations.
