The oven enclosure and the double-walled door are provided with thermal insulation. Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Cast iron plates, Ø 180 mm with stainless steel sealing edge. Heating power regulation by means of a 6-position switch.
Electric convection oven (GN), stainless steel, heated by 3 stainless steel circular heating elements. ON/OFF switch, oven temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat, supplied with 1 grid.
The appliance is built in compliance with all the regulations (CE) in force.
