Inclined cooking plate in brushed treated steel (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004) with high thermal conductivity, made in one piece with the TOP itself, 100% hygiene guaranteed.
Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres).
Electric heating by stainless steel resistors, placed under the plate.
