Basin dimensions 930x640xh200 mm, surface 59.5 dm2.
Motorized tumbling of the basin.
Manufactured in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304, submerged “TOP” thickness 20/10th, adjustable legs in stainless steel, watertight “IPX5”.
Water tap allowing the filling up of the basin, placed on top, opened through a valve placed in front of the machine.
Cover submerged on top, hinges with spring system, allowing a gradual opening and closure of the cover.
Basin with high heat conductibility.
Electric heating through armoured resistances in stainless steel, placed underneath the bottom (homogenous cooking on the entire cooking surface). Temperature regulation through thermostat with telltale LED, going from 120° to 300°C.
Security system to stop the working of the machine while it is lifted.
