– Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn “Top” (15/10th) with waterproof liquid collection basin, adjustable stainless steel feet (150/200 mm). – AISI 430 stainless steel oven, rounded corners, enamelled steel floor, removable structure, double-walled door, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle. – Cast iron shot plate (30 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a central burner. Insulated combustion chamber. Regulation by a gas valve. – Gas oven, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, regulation from 110°C to 270°C, with 1 rack. – Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE)
